Will I be covered during the massage?

Yes. Professional draping is used at all times. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered — your comfort, privacy, and modesty are fully respected throughout the session.


How should I prepare before my session?

  • Hydrate well the day of your session.

  • Avoid eating heavy meals at least an hour before.

  • Clear a quiet, comfortable space in your home (roughly the size of a yoga mat plus room to walk around).

  • Silence your phone or let others know you’ll be unavailable for the duration.

  • If you’re receiving a corporate or event session, simply wear loose or work-appropriate clothing and relax — we’ll handle the setup.


What should I expect during my massage?

Your massage will be customized to your needs and preferences. We may integrate:

  • Swedish or deep tissue techniques

  • Pain relief with arnica or essential oils

  • Guided affirmations & high-frequency sound (if selected)

  • A calm, supportive environment for full-body reset

Please communicate any discomfort, pressure adjustments, or preferences. This time is about you.


What products do you use?

We use high-quality vegan lotion, Bioton massage oil, and pain-relief blends with arnica and essential oils. All are included.
CBD massage oil is available as a $25 add-on and must be selected at booking.


What should I do after the massage?

  • Drink water to help flush the body

  • Rest or enjoy gentle movement/stretching

  • Avoid intense workouts or heavy lifting for the next few hours

  • Listen to your body — healing continues beyond the session


How do I book a massage or event?

All appointments are scheduled online only through our Vagaro booking system.

  • If you have a business card, just scan the QR code to book.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all sessions.


Can I book for someone else or purchase a gift?

Yes! Contact us directly through the site or leave your info on the contact form if you'd like to arrange a gift session or corporate wellness service.


Do you offer massage for youth or teens?

Yes, we offer sports or relaxation-focused massage for youth ages 12+. A parent or guardian must be present and provide written consent. No infant or toddler massage is offered at this time.


What’s your cancellation policy?

You can review the full cancellation policy here. Highlights:

  • Cancel less than 24 hrs before = full balance due

  • Reschedule within 48 hrs = original deposit is forfeited

  • Cancellations 48+ hrs before = reschedule once with no penalty

  • Repeat cancellations = prepayment in full required to book
