All appointments with Tranquil Touch Wellness are scheduled exclusively online through our booking platform.

💳 All pricing is all-inclusive, with the exception of medical massage, which does not include gratuity and is priced separately.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full remaining balance at the time of cancellation.

• Requests to reschedule within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.

• All reschedule and cancellation requests must be made in writing via your booking confirmation link or email.
